Considered to be one of the greatest installments in the franchise, this game follows Link on a journey to save his little sister, Aryll, as hetravels across The Great Sea. He meets the King of Red Lions along the way, who becomes Link’s companion and vessel. In order to rescue Aryll, Link must find the Hero of Time’s Master Sword and searches for the three Pearls of the Goddesses in order to do so. The game was critically acclaimed and considered by many to be one of the best games on the GameCube.

7Bayonetta

Though the series is now published by Nintendo, the original game was actually published by Sega. The original game follows a witch named Bayonetta who has to face people from her past, which she has lost all memory of. Throughout the game, she learns about her dark past and battles against Balder, the final member of the Lumen Sages.
