One player has brought WWE star Fin Balor into the recently releasedAEW Fight Forever. Developed by Yuke’s and published by THQ Nordic,AEW Fight Foreveris the first game from the budding All Elite Wrestling company and aims to be an arcade-style brawler that anyone can pick up and play.

Due to the long wait forAEW Fight Foreverto be released, players eager to get their hands on the wrestlers signed to the Tony Khan-owned company took matters into their own hands. By utilizing the custom wrestler function in the rival WWE title, players haverecreated the current AEW world champion MJF inWWE 2K23with an almost realistic attention to detail. With the release ofFight Forever, it seemed almost inevitable that the tables would be flipped.

That certainly appears to be the case for a user by the name of NotMyWalls on Reddit as they have uploaded their version of WWE star Finn Balor. Taking on Balor’s Demon persona, the highly detailed character includes the signature open-mouthed chest painting. The character was created by utilizing a mod on the PC version of the game, rather than the custom wrestler builder found in the game. While the move set wasn’t posted, NotMyWalls cheekily included the same All Elite announcement poster used for any new wrestlers signing with the company.

Fans seem taken with the look that the original poster has created, commenting on the incredible use of the mod. Gamers have also commented that both Yuke’s and THQ Nordic seem to be happy to let wrestlers from rival companies join theFight Foreverroster. That shouldn’t be too surprising givenwrestlers are known to show up to both AEW and WWE tapingson the same night.

Players settling intoAEW Fight Foreverare certainly enjoying their time in the game, however, a few issues have already become apparent. Gamers have reported that thePS4 version ofFight Foreveris experiencing crashing problemsthat are affecting various game modes. Reported issues with both the custom character menus and the game’s Road to Elite campaign mode seem to be the main cause of the problems. This seems to only be an issue with Sony’s last-gen machine, however, THQ Nordic has stated it is looking into these reports.

AsAEW Fight Foreverhas only been on the shelves for a few weeks, it seems THQ and Yuke’s will certainly move quickly to fix these issues. In the meantime, players will no doubt be focusing their efforts on utilizing theAEW content creatorto craft some truly unique wrestlers.
