There’s even been an increase in activity thanks to the impending release of the Sunbreak DLC set to drop in late June. There’s no better time to jump into the Monster Hunter Rise adventure, and players can even get handy “skips” for the Hub missions by playing through the Singleplayer experience and overcoming some license tests. 11Drop Rates Enhanced
Although Monster Hunter Rise is an incredibly entertaining game, there’s no denying that the endgame grind can be a bit overwhelming. Players that are looking to build the best armors and weapons will need particular parts from each monster they hunt and these parts can have a soul-crushingly low drop rate. This can cause players to find themselves stuck in a seemingly endless loop, hunting the same monster over and over in hopes of getting the rare drop they need.

10Remove Monster Kill-Cam Plus Stylish Slo-Mo Finishers
One of the annoying things about hunting marks in Monster Hunter Rise is that players only have a certain amount of time to carve items from their prey before they are forcefully whisked back to town. The timer is fairly robust at 60 seconds but some players find themselves irked by the Monster Kill-Cam that plays a small camera-locking cutscene once a monster is felled. This coincides with the timer, taking precious time away from hunters that are trying to scoop up their rewards.
To solve this issue,modder Bolt removed the long-winded action shotand instead implemented a Slo-Mo-style final hit that shows much more action and decreases the amount of time it takes before players can accurately start collecting their loot.
9Clarity Shader
There are tons of mods available for Monster Hunter Rise that make the game a much more enjoyable experience. Players can download new HUDs, DPS meters, additional frameworks, and even things that allow them to see a monster’s health and weaknesses. But some mods do very simplistic things that can alter the game way more than players may assume.A great example of this is the Clarity Shader from modder Revonlieke aka SebastianJSL. The Clarity Mod is a simple shader pack that can greatly enhance the clarity of Monster Hunter Rise overall by smoothing out some of the horizontal lines and removing the obnoxious blur effect that shadows some of the details hidden within MHR’s backgrounds and character models.
This simple fix will give players a much crisper look at the environments and monsters around them.
8Reframework Is An Upgrade And Modding Foundation For Monster Hunter: Rise
The modding communities that surround most games have a mod like this. It’s a foundational mod that makes some tweaks to the game while allowing for other mods to be built upon it. In the case ofMonster Hunter: Rise,it’s the REFramework mod by praydog. Many otherRisemods require REFramework to function properly, and the mod makes a few other upgrades to the game. It also gives other modders tools with which they can craft their own mods.
Namely, REFramework makes fixes to prevent crashing from Reshade mods and download link libraries as well as fixes to free cam mods, timescales, field of view, and VR.
7Charm Editor And Item Cheat Allows Players To Customize Their Loot

This is a mod that adds several desired elements to the game’s user interface. Among them are the name, size, current health,and max health for both large and small monsters. 5RiseTweaks Unlocks The Game’s Frame Rate Cap
RiseTweaks by user MistressAshaiis another quality of life improvement for the game that integrates several smaller but much-appreciated alterations to the game that improve on its shortcomings. All of these are in relation to the graphical display quality of the game.
The mod does two things specifically: it unlocks the 30 fps framerate cap in cutscenes, and it allows the image quality to be customized to specific settings beyond the 150% preset maximum.

This is another mod that helps hunters get more information on the monster they are currently tackling. It adds an elemental weakness symbol so that players can know whatkind of weapons and attacks to dish out.
