Call of Duty Mobileis built upon being a collection of the best content from theCall of Dutyseries’ storied multiplayer history. As such, maps from the entire franchise have appeared inCall of Duty Mobile, with a new leak suggesting that the next map addition will be something more recent.
The map in question comes from2019’sCall of Duty: Modern Warfare, and it was actually added to the game shortly after launch. When the new era ofCall of Duty: Modern Warfarebegan, it brought with it some large, divisive maps. In response to the controversy, Infinity Ward’s first post-launch addition to the game was a small map called Shoot House, with the location quickly becoming loved by fans.

Even withspawn issues seen in Shoot Houseduring its early days, the close quarters combat of the map proved to be a major hit with fans. With a 24/7 playlist quickly being added for the map, including a variation that placed it in a rotation with the chaotic classic Shipment, fans have looked back fondly on the location. It seems likeCall of Duty Mobiledeveloper TiMi Studios is seeking to create the same magic that came with Shoot House’s original arrival, as Charlie Intel has reported that the map is coming to the popular mobile game.
Much like the leaks forCall of Duty Mobile’sreturning Attack of the Undead mode, the news of Shoot House’s arrival has been leaked early due to an ongoing beta test for the Chinese version of the game. As such, fans can expect to see Shoot House appear in the game sometime soon, though no information on an official date has been shared by leakers or Activision itself. With the map still in beta, though, it will likely arrive inCall of Duty: Mobile’s second season as opposed to its first.
Shoot House will be joining several locations fromModern Warfare2019, including several gunfight locations andthe Hackney Yard map. With Hackney Yard getting special treatment, such as a special playlist with a larger player count, it will be interesting to see what is done with Shoot House inCall of Duty Mobile. With this being its very first remake, it is certainly a special occasion for fans of the map — and a good sign that the location may be remade again in the future.
While it remains to be seen if anyCall of Duty: Black Ops Cold Warmapswill be added to the mobile game, it seems likely that it will only be a matter of time before this happens. With the game constantly expanding and pulling from all eras ofCall of Duty, it seems like nothing is off limits.
