Like most every Tuesday, Activision and Infinity Ward have released a new update forCall of Duty: Modern Warfare. TheCall of Duty: Modern WarfareApril 21 update doesn’t make any substantial changes to the game, but it does shake up the playlists for the standard multiplayer mode.

TheCall of Duty: Modern WarfareApril 21 playlist update adds Cranked to multiplayer, which replaces theDrop Zone modethat was added last week. Additionally, the Cabin Fever 24/7 playlist has been added to the mix, letting players battle it out on smaller maps like Hackney Yard, Hideout, Rust, Shipment, and Shoot House in a moshpit of game modes. The Stir Crazy playlist has been removed, along with Realism Ground War. And for reasons that are currently unknown, Aniyah Palace has been removed from the Ground War map rotation.
