Call of Duty: Warzonehas crossed over with many franchises in its lifespan, from action heroes like Rambo and John McClane, to horror icons like Ghostface and Leatherface. Now, after many months of rumors and speculation,Call of Duty: Warzoneis set to cross over withAttack on Titan, bringing content inspired by the popular anime into the game.
Back in November, a leak droppedsuggesting a crossover betweenCall of DutyandAttack on Titan. Though there was nothing really tangible to show from the leak content-wise, dataminers found file names that directly referenced theAttack on Titanfranchise, namely the use of “aot” and the word “titan.” As mentioned,Call of Dutyhas collaborated with many popular series and IPs to bring their characters into the game, though this collaboration withAttack on Titanwill mark the first time Activision has done an anime crossover. Coincidentally, around the same time as theCall of Dutyleak,Fortnitecrossed over withNaruto, retrospectively somewhat setting the stage for this reveal.

Call of Dutyhas officially announced its crossover withAttack on Titan, bringing a new operator, blueprint, and tons of other items to bothWarzoneandVanguard. On January 20, players will be able to purchase the Tracer Pack: Attack on Titan — Levi Edition Bundle collecting 10 unique items inspired by the series.
The Operator Daniel Yatsu will become a member of the Survey Corps, receiving a skin modelled exactly like Levi Ackerman, and players can use the “Titan Piercer” Weapon Blueprint to construct the iconic Titan slaying blades from the series. The collaboration is in celebration ofAttack on Titan’s final seasonrecently beginning to air.
For players to get the most out of the bundle, they will want to be playing bothWarzoneandVanguard, as there is exclusive content in the latter. Players of both games will be able to use the “Steel Cut” Finishing Move, but the “Vertical Maneuver” Highlight Intro and the “Ultrahard Steel” MVP Highlight are exclusive just toVanguard.
Rounding out the items are two Weapon Blueprints, the “Historia” SMG and the “Ymir Curse” Assault Rifle, a Key Charm called “Secret Keeper,” and two emblems, the “One Hot Potato” and the “Wings of Freedom.” It is currently unknown how much this bundle will cost.
The more that this bundble remains in the open, the more interesting it becomes. Seeing a realistic depiction ofLevi along with the Titan blades inCall of Dutyis a sight that not many probably expected to happen, especially after seeing how successful theFortnite/Narutocrossover was. If there was aCall of Dutyto have anAttack on Titancrossover, it makes sense that it would beVanguard, asAttack on Titanlooks like an alternate history WW2 at times due to its grungy military aesthetic. Since this is the “Levi Edition Bundle,” one has to wonder if moreAttack on Titancharacters are on the way.
Call of Duty: Warzoneis available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
