InDave The Diver,players can pick up the Tranquilizer Rifle or a Medium Net Gun to quickly kill larger and smaller fish tocomplete the main game content, but there is one more ability that will increase their survival capability in the depths of the ocean. That is “Charm” which equips Dave with various abilities to help players progress more easily.
Whether players are looking for a speed boost and quick dashes, an increase in weapon damage, or the ability to reduce the damage taken from fish, they can have it all by equipping themselves (and Dave) with these charms. These itemsmake Dave’s journeymuch less dangerous.

Where to Find These Charms and How to Equip Them?
Each of these charms can be obtained by completing certain tasks, which are mainly main/sub-missions and Ecology Research tasks. There are a total of10 charmsin the game, six of which can be obtained through the main/sub-missions and the remaining four from Ecology Research.

As soon as players start playing and completing missions, they will find and collect these charms on their way. However, it’s important to keep in mind that the diver can only equip a maximum oftwo charmsat a time. This means that players have to carefully consider all of a charm’s pros and cons in different situations.
Here is the list of the best charms players can find throughout the game, along with their effects and unlock conditions.

10Octopus Weapon Charm
Complete “Octopus Returns”
TheOctopus Weapon Charmis perhaps one of the best combat charms that affects weapon damage by a noticeable margin. To acquire this charm, players need to complete the “Octopus Returns” quest in Chapter 2: Into the Deep which falls under the Sub Missions.
Once this charm is acquired, players can use it to increase their gun base damage by 15%. In the mission, Dave needs to chase the octopus by breaking down the planks using rocks. Once the octopus gets cornered and squeezes itself through a gap in the wall, it will leave behind this charm that can be attached to Dave’s gun.

9Shark Teeth Necklace
Complete “Revenge Time!”
This charm is made from the teeth of Great White Shark Klaus and adds 15% damage to the Harpoon gun, one of thebest weapons in the game. It can be obtained by completing the “Revenge Time!” quest in Chapter 3 of the Sub Missions.
Players must face off with the fearsome Klaus before Clara arrives and defeats the Shark. Afterward. as Dave and Clara meet outside the waters, she gives Dave thisShark Teeth Necklacethat increases the potential of the Harpoon Gun drastically.

8Eco Health Bracelet
Bluehole Research and Protection Level 3
Another great charm is theEco Health Braceletwhich decreases damage taken by 10%. This can come in handy when Dave is in trouble against the many hazards of the sea.
This environmentally-friendly charm can only be obtained through the Ecowatcher app, where players have to reach Level 3 in Bluehole Research and Protection, and obtain 100 points. These points can then be used to obtain the Bracelet.

7Sea People Bracelet
Complete “Beyond the Rock Pile”
The Sea People Braceletis one of the first charms players will acquire in the game, but it has a pretty good effect on Dave’s health. With this charm, Dave will be able to survive for longer after running out of oxygen.
In order to receive it, players have to complete “Beyond the Rock Pile,” which is the fourth Main Mission of Chapter 1: Traces of the Sea. This charm will appear on a floor covered with a type of moss that players need to take back to the boat.

6Eco Poison Resist Bracelet
Bluehole Research and Protection Level 2
Another charm that can only be obtained through the Ecowatcher app, but getting it is easier than the Eco Health Bracelet. This charm increases Dave’s poison resistance and is made out of recycled materials.
Players need to reach Level 2 and collect 50 points to become qualified to receive theEco Poison Resist Bracelet. Once equipped, players can avoid getting poisoned while diving in the sea.

5Dolphin Necklace
Complete “Defeat Pirates”
Speeding through the waters is one of the best abilities available in the game. Use theDolphin Necklaceto execute a 30% faster dash. This awesome necklace can only be obtained through helping a dolphin couple inone of the sub-missions.
The quest is called “Defeat Pirates,” which falls under Chapter 1: Traces of the Sea People, where Dave stops poachers from capturing a group of dolphins, and as a reward, he gets this charm from the dolphins.

4Octopus Bracelet
Complete “Strange Coral”
In Chapter 2: Into the Deep under Sub-Missions, players can find theOctopus Braceletthat helps Dave dash a short distance. This can be pretty useful in combat but can only be obtained after chasing down that nasty red octopus.
When Dave chases it numerous times, the octopus will eventually leave behind a bracelet that can be used as a charm, unlocking Dave’s quick dashes.

3Sea People Necklace
Complete “Deliver Key to Tenzhin”
After Dave defeats John Watson in Chapter 4: Abandoned Cave, players can get their hands on theSea People Necklace,which allows Dave to travel through tubeworm tunnels.
This charm is amazing because, when used, players won’t need UV light to cross the tubeworm tunnels, as this necklace will scare off the tube worms.
2Eco Gemstone Bracelet
Bluehole Research and Protection Level 4
Not everything needs to be combat-related, as Dave lovescollecting resources for upgrades. TheEco Gemstone Braceletwill increase the quantity of minerals obtained through mining.
However, this charm can only be obtained by collecting 580 points in the Ecowatcher app, where players must reach Level 4 in Bluehole Research and Protection.
1Eco Waterproof Bag
Bluehole Research and Protection Level 5
Last but not least, theEco Waterproof Bagcharm can drastically increase Dave’s weight limit and allow him to carrymore minerals and better fish. This is why many players consider it the best charm in the game, as it increases the weight limit by 30kg.
Since it gives Dave an enormous ability, obtaining it will require players to reach Level 5 in Ecowatcher and collect a total of 640 points.
