Fans of plucky plumber Mario and his adventures know that Bowser is the biggest bad guy of them all. In fact, to celebrate Mario’s 35th anniversary, Nintendo tasked fans with putting Bowser in his place by defeating him 3.5 million times in the firstSuper Mario 35Bowser Kill Challenge. Mario’s latest adventure isSuper Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury, and Bowser is suitably big and angry. It’s a bit of a new look for the King of the Koopas, and not everyone may like it. So one Donald Trump impressionist decided make a video explaining how the former president might feel about the situation.

Donald Trump impressionist James Austin Johnson was inspired bySuper Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Furyand decided to upload a video to Twitter showing what Trump might say about the new Switch game if he had a platform. Johnson’s monologue is over two minutes long and reminisces about the good old days when “sometimes Bowser would just stay in the castle.”
Johnson’s take on Trump’s cadence is pretty impressive, as he manages to nail the former president’s penchant for going off on tangents mid-sentence and the rolling timbre of his voice. Johnson’s impression also takes the opportunity to mimic Trump taking shots at president Joe Biden for his apparent mishandling of the Bowser situation by “sending inCat Mario.” Although the real Donald Trump may have very little to say about Fury Bowser, if he did have an opinion, he would be probably use a similar amount of size adjectives as Johnson does here.
Bowser’s Furyis great fun by itself but there’s also the enhanced port of theoriginalSuper Mario 3D Worldas part of the new Switch title. Players can traverse through levels as Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Toad, or Rosalina and search for green stars and hidden stamps, along with collecting unique items to help defeat familiar enemies like the Goombas.Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Furyhas garnered much critical praise already, so Switch owners may want to give the title a shot.
