Elden Ringtalismans are among some of the most important items that players can equip to their created character. Right behind armor and weapons, talismans should not be overlooked, especially within certain character builds. Talismans inElden Ringwithhold unique abilities and effects that can alter the way different mechanics work in the game, andeven boost stats for the player.
In intelligence builds, which are some of the most popular builds inElden Ring, there are plenty of talismans to take advantage of in creatingthe best intelligence builds. Pair these talismans up with the best staffs and intelligence armor, and players have themselves a worthy magic build.

Updated July 05, 2025 by Erik Petrovich: There’s quite a lot of variety in how players can create various builds in Elden Ring thanks to the sheer number of items that can be equipped, like Talismans, to increase your power. When it comes to the best Talismans for mages, Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree added quite a few options that Intelligence builds can take advantage of. This guide to the best Sorcery Talismans Elden Ring players can get has been updated to include two of these Sorcerer talismans that you should consider equipping: the Cerulean Amber Medallion +3, which boosts max FP, and the Blessed Blue Dew Talisman, which passively regenerates FP.

Grants about 12% max FP
N / A
TheCerulean Amber Medallion +3is the highest-tier version of the Cerulean Amber Medallion talisman, and is exclusive to theShadow of the ErdtreeDLC. This powerfulElden RingIntelligence Talisman has a basic effect, but it’s not bad if you don’t have anything more useful.
The Cerulean Amber Medallion increases your max FP by “the utmost”, meaning about 12%.

It’s certainly not bad, and having more FP is always nice for casting more spells. But when it comes to the best Intelligence talismans inElden Ring, there are better options than this.
How To Get Cerulean Amber Medallion +3
The Cerulean Amber Medallion +3 can be found exclusively in theShadow of the ErdtreeDLC’s Realm of Shadow. To get this Talisman, you must head to the Scorpion River Catacombs in an out-of-the-way location in the northwest of the Scadu Altus region. Defeat the Death Knight at the end of the Scorpion River Catacombs to get the Death Knight’s Longshaft Axe and the Cerulean Amber Medallion +3.

Restores 1 FP every 2 seconds
Like the Cerulean Amber Medallion, theBlessed Blue Dew Talismanoffers a useful effect for Intelligence builds, but is ultimately outclassed by other, more powerful Sorcery talismans. The Blessed Blue Dew Talisman grants a small amount of passive FP recovery, about 1 FP every two seconds.

If that doesn’t sound like a lot, it’s because it’s not. Over a two-minute boss fight, you will recover about 60 FP total with this talisman equipped. Decent passive mana recovery can be attained by using this talisman alongside other FP-restoration effects – it’s just not that useful on its own.
How To Get Blessed Blue Dew Talisman
The Blessed Blue Dew Talisman can be found exclusively in theShadow of the ErdtreeDLC’s Realm of Shadow. From the Main Gate Site of Grace, head south and hug the cliff wall to find a secret path that leads to a western, raised area of the Gravesite Plain. The Church of Benediction can be found at the very south of this raised area, just above the starting point for the DLC. The Blessed Blue Dew Talisman is on the ground in front of the Statue of Marika.
Restores 3 FP upon defeating enemies

The Ancestral Spirit Horn is a go-to talisman for any players that have a focus on FP usage inElden Ring. That’s because the Ancestral Spirit Horn talisman allows players to recover FP whenever they defeat an enemy.
This talisman is arguably much better in PVE thanit is in PVP,so any players utilizing an intelligence build to fight the various enemies inthe Lands Betweenshould make use of this talisman.

How To Get Ancestral Spirit Horn
To obtain Ancestral Spirit Horn, players must defeat theRegal Ancestor Spiritboss in Nokron and use the Remembrance of the Regal Ancestor to purchase the talisman in the Roundtable Hold.

Marika’s Soresealis one of the best talismans for intelligence users inElden Ring. The talisman is often confused with its lesser counterpart, Marika’s Scarseal, but players should make use of Marika’s Soreseal as it is stronger in comparison.

TheRadagon Iconis an important talisman if players utilizing intelligence wish to wield magic against other players and invaders inElden Ring’sPVP. The Radagon Icon shortens the player’s casting time for sorceriesand most incantations.
Reportedly, this adds 30 dexterity towards spell-casting, while spell-casting speed caps at 70 dexterity. Players who don’t level up dexterity much should definitely make use of Radagon’s Icon.

TheBeloved StardustTalisman is one of the bestElden RingIntelligence Talismans, but it’s one of the few that has a noticeable downside. LikeMarika’s Soreseal,Beloved Stardust grants an exceptionally powerful bonusat the cost of taking significantly more damage.
With this equipped, you will cast Sorceries and Incantations significantly faster, faster than with theRadagon Iconequipped. But you will also take about 30% more damage. If you are committed to the ranged Spell build, and are good at avoiding incoming damage, consider equipping this over the Radagon Icon. But its relatively small extra casting speed bonus is not worth the extra incoming damage if you don’t rely on Spells.
How To Get Beloved Stardust
The Beloved Stardust talisman location is in the Cathedral of Manus Metyr. BeginCount Ymir, Mother of Fingers’s questline, and return to him after completing the first step. For sounding the bells in the Finger Ruins he guides the Tarnished to, he will reward the Beloved Stardust talisman.

The talisman’s effects on a player’s intelligence build are extraordinary, so the downside is easy to look over.
How To Get Primal Glintstone Blade
Players can find the Primal Glintstone Blade by heading to theStargazer’s Ruins and summoningtheir Spirit Jellyfish near the other jellyfish. This will open up a secret entrance in which players can find the talisman.
Increases Memory Slots by 2
Players who spend a lot of time switching between different spells and having fun with each one will adore theMoon of Nokstella. The Moon of Nokstella, upon equipping it, will immediately increase the player’s memory slots by 2.
There’s no catch either. This means that players can equip two more spells to their current build.
