To get Glintstone Breath Incantation inElden Ring, players must get to the Cathedral of Dragon Communion and purchase this spell for oneDragon Heart. The good news is that you don’t need to meet any prerequisites. Therefore, you can head straight to the southern coast of the Caelid Region.
Take the Caelid Highway South Site of Grace as your starting point and head southeast along the main road. Along the way, you will meet a dragon named Decaying Ekzykes, killing it will reward you with the Dragon Heart that’s needed for trading. But you can skip this boss if you already have an extra heart. Having reached the place marked on the map above, you will find yourself among the Cathedral of Dragon Communion ruins and notice the altar. Interact with it to buy Glintstone Breath or any other Incantations.
Where To Find Smarag’s Glintstone Breath Incantation
If you want to purchase something more powerful, you should get Smarag’s Glintstone Breath Incantation. Like the previous spell, you may buy this at the Cathedral of Dragon Communion, but the cost of this Incantation is two Dragon Hearts, and you will not be able to obtain it until you defeat the owner of this power. More specifically, players will have to find and defeat the Glintstone Dragon Smarag, a creature whose flames become one with the magic stones of its victims.
To find Glintstone Dragon Smarag, you only need toreach the Liurnia of the Lakesregion and visit the small rocky island a little west of Raya Lucaria Academy. The search won’t take long, and the battle shouldn’t cause too many problems. This dragon is one of many Greater Enemies Bosses, so its attack patterns can be quickly learned and easily dodged. In addition, you should not use magical attacks since the nature of this creature is imbued with magic, and this type of damage is not very effective against it. Instead, prioritize physical attacks and the most effective Pierce damage in particular.
