Comedic game-show inspired battle royaleFall Guys: Ultimate Knockoutis getting ready to kick off its fourth season, which will officially begin next month. After several teasing tweets hinting that an announcement was coming, the officialFall GuysTwitter has finally confirmed the season’s theme and name.
Fall GuysSeason 4 will be titled “Fall Guys 4041” and feature a futuristic theme. A seven-second video clip released on Twitter doesn’t give away much information, but does include a vibrant neon color scheme and images of robots, planets, and spaceships.

This comes on the heels of Season 3, which took place during the Christmas holidays and primarily featured winter-themed stages, obstacles, and skins, and the mini “Season 3.5,” which focused on quality of life improvements to existing levels as well as skins based on Godzilla, Sonic the Hedgehog, and the titular Goose fromUntitled Goose Game.In traditional irreverent style,Fall GuysSeason 3.5was given the name “Stop With The Yeets Name It Anything Else Just Don’t Include the Word Yeet Please I’m Begging You,” following a suggestion from a disgruntled fan on Twitter.
TheFall GuysTwitter is hosting a contest to celebrate the announcement of Season 4. To enter, participants must retweet the official announcement tweet and finish the sentence “#FallGuysSeason4 is” in their own words. Twenty lucky winners will receive twenty crowns each, an in-game currency which is used to purchase skins and color schemes to dress up the “bean” characters, such asthe recently announced Cuphead and Mugman. Just a few minutes after the announcement was made, the contest already had several hundred entries.
Fans are now eagerly speculating about whatFall GuysSeason 4 might contain, as no official information has been released besides the brief preview. Some fans are hoping for skins inspired by space-themed characters, such as the alien E. T. orThe Mandalorian’sBaby Yoda. Others have pointed out that an earlier tweet by theFall GuysTwitter featured concept art for skins inspired by the musical duo Daft Punk, who recently announced their split shortly afterreleasing an extendedTron: Legacysoundtrack. Daft Punk’s shiny techno aesthetic might fit well with the planned futuristic theme.
In the meantime, Season 3.5 ofFall Guys: Ultimate Knockoutremains ongoing. There is still time to win matches, collect crowns, and earn some exclusive skins before Season 4 kicks off. The popular game is also gettingready to expand to the Nintendo Switch and Xbox consoleslater this year.
