Fate/Grand Orderplayers may have just finished some extreme farming but they aren’t getting any breaks. WhileComing to the Westended several days ago, the Fate/Apocrypha Inheritance of Glory event will be starting very soon. As the second new event since 2020 began, players will find there’s much to do from April 24th to May 7th.
Fate/Apocryphais another alternate timeline where the Greater Grail was stolen during the Third Holy Grail War soFate/ZeroandFate/Stay Nightnever happened. Instead, two factions, Red and Black, fought in a Great Holy Grail War using seven servants each, but individuals on both sides had their own secret motives. Inheritance of Glory’s plot continues from the end ofFate/Apocrypha, but all elements of the event should be familiar to veteran masters and easily picked up by newcomers.

Sieg
Sieg, the protagonist ofFate/Apocrypha, temporarily joins the player’s party when the event starts. He is a 4-Star caster with an AOE Arts Noble Phantasm plus skills that increase his Arts cards effectiveness, NP gain, and immediately charge his NP gauge. With enough investment and team support, Sieg can potentially loop his Noble Phantasm multiple turns in a row. As the welfare servant, Sieg can be raised to Level 80 and NP5 by playing through the event. Note that event’s story must be completed before Sieg becomes permanent.
Point System (Dracul Coins)
This time, the reward ladder will be measured in Dracul Coins. Players will collect Dracul Coins by defeating enemies on any quest during the event. Some prizes for hitting breakpoints include AP-refilling apples, Craft Essences, Summon Tickets, and Sieg’s special ascension material “Leaf of Remembrance.” Although reaching 2 million Dracul Coins may seem daunting, playing through the event should allow most masters to reach well over that point by the end.
Event Shop and Currencies
During Inheritance of Glory, the shop has items that can be bought for various amounts of event currency: Sage’s Chalk, Fragments of the Iliad, and Hippoplushies. Players who want to fully buy out the shop will need 3400 Sage’s Chalk, 3000 Fragments of the Iliad, and 4550 Hippoplushies. Thebest quests to farmthese currencies will be up at different times during the event and will be discussed in detail later.
Event Craft Essences
There are five special craft essences that can be obtained or summoned from the gacha and will greatly aid in farming.

Farming Strategy
Players will want to farm available raid bosses that drops their desired ascension materials since they will get Dracul Coins and event currency in the process. By farming, players should get at least one copy of “At Trifas” early on from thepoint ladder. Equip the CE on the main servant to boost their damage, especially if they are aFate/Apocryphaservant. During Stages 1-4, players should bring a servant with a single-target NP and have the other servants support them with increased damage and NP charge. At Stage 5, however, an AOE NP servant will be able to kill the Mimicry and mini-boss servant with a few buffs if they have a MLB “At Trifas”.
Because veteran players will be spending most of their time in raid battles and refilling AP with apples, the “An Afternoon at the Fortress” CE that boosts Dracul Coin drops isn’t recommended. Instead equip a MLB “Mona Lisa” or “Chaldea Lunchtime” to take advantage of the QP and bond points that can be farmed during the event.
After the raids are completely finished,Fate/Grand Orderplayers can proceed to complete the final main quests and add Sieg to their roster permanently. If they still need to farm Dracul Coins or event currency, there are other free quests available on the map.
