Where Are the Secret Rooms in Upper City
There are two hidden dungeons in the Upper City area, one in the Day section and another in the Night region. To find them, you must explore the openings to the east and west of the Citadel Elevator. If you look closely, you will see two vaults on each flank of the elevator area.
How to Get to Upper City Day Secret Room
In the open area of Upper City Day, indicated by a feather on the map, leap onto the central platform. Here, you’ll notice a metal gate guardinga Xerxes coin. Overcome this barrierusing the Shadow of the Simurgh-induced Chakram. Toss your Chakram beyond the gate and press LB (L1 on PlayStation) to teleport behind it.
Upondefeating Menolias,your Chakram acquires a new capability: the ability to create a teleportation marker. Utilize this skill to navigate through gates in the Upper City area, including the one safeguarding the secret room.
The standard Chakram won’t assist you in bypassing this obstacle. If you haven’t confronted Menolias, proceed with the main quests until you encounter and defeat him to acquire the teleportation Chakram.
How to Get to Upper City Night Secret Room
In the Night section of the Upper City, there isa secret room located to the east of the Citadel Elevator. To gain access,utilize the Dimensional Claw Athra Surge. With this ability, seize the gleaming puzzle piece from the tower’s summit and throw it into the empty slot just above the gate.
The Dimensional Claw Time Power is acquired by defeating the Queen of the Forest, Kiana. This power enables you to grasp items, such as puzzle pieces, and shoot them as projectiles, akin to tossing your Chakram.
You find multiple Time Crystal shards in this vault. But be prepared to face a mini-boss, as one of the treasure chests has a secret, deadly trap.
