A new leak fromHonkai: Star Railhas revealed the Eidolons players can acquire for the highly-anticipated Jingliu, currently planned to release with Version 1.4. Jingliu has been one of the most popular unreleased characters fromHonkai: Star Railso far, playing a major role within the lore for the China-themed world of the Xianzhou Luofu.HoYoverse would officially announce Jingliu’s upcoming releasein the days following Version 1.3’s Special Program alongside fellow new five-star character Topaz. Now, leaks are showcasing the benefits to pulling multiple copies of the character.
Much likeGenshin Impact’s Constellation system, Eidolons offer bonuses for players pulling more than one copy of a character inHonkai: Star Rail. Eidolons often work to boost certain aspects of characters' kits, typically providing more damage and utility to their abilities. Some Eidolons even provide unique benefits like Kafka’s second Eidolon granting bonus damage on all damage-over-time effects inflicted by her allies. Now, Jingliu’s leaked Eidolons look to provide the Ice Destruction character with major damage boosts for players grabbing extra copies of her.

A recent leak shared byHonkai: Star Railleaker Dimbreath has revealed thesix Eidolon upgrades available for Jingliufollowing her Version 1.4 launch. Jingliu’s first Eidolon provides her with increased Crit Rate afterusing her Ultimate or Enhanced Skill, as well as a special buff when attacking single enemies. Jingliu’s further Eidolons feature several generic buffs with her E2 increasing her Ultimate damage by 30%, and her E3 and E5 increasing her Ultimate and Skill levels respectively. Jingliu’s E4 and E6 abilities also feature unique interactions with her Talent, increasing the boosts from consuming allies' HP and buffing her Crit Rate.
The post also gives more details about Jingliu’s Talent, detailing how her Spectral Transmigration state functions in battle. After acquiring two stacks of her unique Syzygy buff, Jingliu will enter the ascended state, granting her an extra turn and her Enhanced Skill. While in Spectral Transmigration, Jingliu saps up to 6% of her allies' HP in order to buff her own attacks based on the amount of health she takes. Jingliu is currently rumored to release as the firstfeatured five-star banner character during Version 1.4, expected to launch in mid-October.
Jingliu’s debut in the Version 1.4 update won’t be the only new character added toHonkai: Star Rail, with both another five-star and a new four-star unit coming. Jingliu willshare the featured five-star spotlight with Topazin Version 1.4, a new Fire character in the DPS-focused Hunt Path. The update will also introduceHonkai: Star Rail’s newest four-star character in Guinaifen, a street performer from the Xianzhou Luofu. Both Jingliu and Topaz will look to provide powerful damage-oriented options for players' teams following their launch later this year.
