Elden Ring: Shadow Of The Erdtreeintroduced powerful new enemies known as Furnace Golems. While the first few can be defeated through conventional means, later Golems come with armor on their legs forcing players to exploit their weakness in order to beat them.
Despite having massive fires on their head, their weakness is throwing bigger fires into them. WhileHefty Furnace Pots deal the most damageand should be a player’s go-to option, Hefty Fire Pots are a good backup option that deals a bit less damage but are much easier to craft.

How To Craft Hefty Fire Pots In Shadow Of The Erdtree
Before players can craft Hefty Fire Pots, they will need theGreater Potentate’s Cookbook [1] found in the Scorched Ruins. Coming up to the Scorched Ruins from the south, take the stairs off to the right of the main road to reach the small platform above. Straight ahead will be a destroyed staircase with a dead body that has the cookbook on it. With the Cookbook in hand, players will be able to craft a Hefty Fire Pot using:
Hefty Cracked Pots are found in various placesin the Realm Of Shadow. Unlike other consumable crafting materials, thesepots are reused after being thrown. Should players use a Hefty Fire Pot, the now empty Hefty Cracked Pot will return to the player’s inventory to be filled up again. Players will only need a few Hefty Cracked Pots to cycle through, making the other crafting materials the more important ones to stock up on.
Where To Get Redflesh Mushroom & Black Pyreflys
Both of these materials are common findsthroughout the Realm Of Shadowand are often found close to major roads.Redflesh Mushroomappear asred mushrooms with white dots, offering a faint glow, and are usually found on the other side of walls along major roads. Black Pyreflys arered and black butterflies that fly around in small circlesusually in groups of three at about eye level for the character.
Black Pyreflyare a bit less common around major roads and can be found all over the Realm of Shadow, but their consistent movement usually makes them easy to notice while taking your time exploring. Both Redflesh Mushrooms and Black Pyreflys respawn when players rest at a Site of Grace, making them easy to farm when needing to stock up beforetaking on a Furnace Golem.
