Callisto Credits are an in-game currency that can be used tobuy items and upgrade weaponsat a Reforge Terminal. Players looking for ways to farm credits will be pleased to know there are multiple ways of making this possible. This blog will highlight the most effective ways of farming Callisto Credits and other useful tidbits.

How to Farm Callisto Credits in The Callisto Protocol

There are quite a few effective ways to farm Callisto Credits for players to get the best weapons and gear to beat the game easily.

Open Storage Chests

Players should keep their eyes peeled for storage chests. Before moving to the next area, players should thoroughly scout the current one to find storage chests to find Callisto Credits.

Look in Prison Cells and Lockers

Apart from looking for storage chests for Callisto Credits, players shouldcheck out empty prison cellsfor credits. Additionally, players should not ignore lockers as they have some Callisto Credits to offer. Lockers are commonly found in locker rooms, but a few can be found outside, too.

Eliminate Biophage Enemies

One of the best ways to farm Callisto Credits involveskilling biophage enemies. Players will encounter numerous biophage enemies while playing The Callisto Protocol,so there is no harm in killing biophage enemies for a chance to earn some credits. However, there is no guarantee that every biophage enemy will drop credits after being killed.

Players low on health and ammo will get health and ammo supplies after killing a biophage enemy. Players can increase their chances of getting credits by taking less damage and using limited ammo.

Stomp on Enemy Corpses

While killing biophage enemies will result in credits, players can also get credits by stomping on enemy corpses. Once again, there is no guarantee that this will yield results every time, but it is an option that cannot be ignored.

Sell Items at the Reforge Terminal

While making progress in the game, players can upgrade their weapons and gear. Outdated items that are useless to the player can be sold at the Reforge Terminal. Players can also sell ammo they no longer require for Callisto Credits.

Locate Optional Areas for Loot

The Callisto Protocolhas optional areas for players to explore, called Beta Paths by the developers. Here, players will find loot and credits. However, exploring off the beaten path is incredibly dangerous, which could lead to dead ends with multiple enemies or chests with infected bugs.

The Callisto Protocolis available on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.
