One PieceEpisode 1073 was a decent entry with a hint of action. Unlike the previous Gear 5 episodes, this one felt a bit lackluster, but it was mainly due to the manga chapter that it adapted, which was nothing to write home about. The highlight of the episode was Luffy grabbing a bolt of lightning.One PieceEpisode 1073 also covered theevents taking place on Onigashima. The flames in the castle were spreading at a rapid pace, which posed a serious threat to the lives of the alliance members. As most of the characters were tired from their fights, it looked increasingly difficult to bring the flames under control.
However, Raizo and Jimbei still had some gas left in their tanks. The ninja reminisced about his failure to save Oden and realized that he could not let such a thing happen again. So he used a scroll that contained a lot of water. As expected, the flow of water began to overwhelm the fire, but it still lacked the direction to successfully douse the flames. This particular responsibility fell on the shoulders of Jimbei. The Fish-Man is adept at manipulating water, and this was the perfect opportunity for him. One Piece Episode 1074 will be released on June 09, 2025. There will be a one-week break before the anime returns with another exciting episode. It is titled “Believe in Momo - Luffy’s Final Big Move.” From the title, it is evident that Luffy and Momonosuke are going to be at the center of things. At the beginning of the Wano Country arc, most fans hated Momonosuke because of his bratty behavior. Even though he wanted revenge against Kaido, he never seemed as determined as Luffy and the others. This was mainly due to the trauma that he suffered when he was still a kid. However, as he got more involved in the story, he managed to get the fans on his side.
Momonosuke’s resolve has greatly improved, to the point where he implored Shinobu to use her powers to age him. He has also become reliable, and he is also willing to sacrifice himself for the cause. Currently, Momonosuke has just as big a task as Luffy. If he doesn’t create the flame clouds, countless people will perish. Momonosuke hasn’t fully matured, but he has Yamato by his side. He will not let Momonosuke fail and will continue to spur him on.
Luffy, on the other hand, has to ensurethat Kaido is stopped. The Yonko has terrorized the people of Wano for more than 20 years, and it is about time that the Supernova put an end to it. Luffy’s Gear 5 has given him a much-needed boost and allowed him to fight Kaido on an equal footing. The Yonko was taken aback after witnessing Luffy’s new power. Despite having fought in multiple battles, Kaido had never seen anything quite like Gear 5. Luffy’s transformation changed the tide of the fight and made the young pirate the favorite to win it.
However, Gear 5 is not without weaknesses, which Kaido can exploit and swing the pendulum in his favor.Gear 5 seems to drainstamina very quickly. This means that the Supernova cannot fight for an extended period of time. Normally, Kaido would have tried to prolong the fight to ensure that Luffy’s Gear 5 exhausted all of his stamina. However, the Yonko has been battling for a long time, and he cannot keep extending the duel as he is also on his last legs.
It appears that both Luffy and Kaido will be looking to end their duel in the upcoming episodes. Needless to say, the result of their battle will shape the future of Wano and the rest of the world. Luffy may be the favorite at the moment, but it would be unwise to count out Kaido; after all, he is the Strongest Creature in the World. The Yonko has years worth of experience, so he must have something in mind that he can use to counter Luffy and his Gear 5.
