Like Anne, Jewelry Bonney was not originally a pirate but became one later. Many fans have presumed that Jewelry Bonney took up pirating after Kuma was turned into a mindless cyborg, but it has yet to be confirmed. For now, this aspect of Bonney’s life remains unknown. Although it will possibly be revealed before the conclusion of the Egghead arc.
