The incredible Eeveelutions tattoo sleeve belongs to a Reddit user called K0ALEMOS, who posted their impressive ink to one of the site’sPokemonforums. The sleeve appears to take up a majority of thePokemonfan’s leg - starting at the ankle and going well up through the thigh - and features a rainbow of colors. The originalKanto Eevee evolution trioof Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon start the bottom, with Espeon, Umbreon, Glaceon, Leafeon, and Sylveon placed above in the chronological order they were introduced. Color-corresponding auras help each Eeeveelution stand out, along with type-specific details to help flesh out the entire piece.
The permanent artwork certainly seems to be popular with plenty of otherPokemonfans, as the post has received nearly 200 upvotes within the first few hours of posting. While plenty ofPokemonfans have gotten tattoos of their favorite Pokemon, few are dedicated enough to devote an entire limb to the franchise. However, they do pop up every once in a while, with one fan posting their equallyimpressive ghost Pokemon sleeve tattoofeaturing Bannette, Mismagius, Aegislash, Haunter, Gengar and more a couple of years ago.
Eeveelutions seem to have always been a favorite among manyPokemonfans, with others showing their love in as diverse forms as the Eeveelutions themselves. This includes things like redesigning them in different art styles, coming up with their own ideas for the missing Eeveelution types, and crafting handmade goods. This includes one fan who constructed acustom Eeveelution card magnetic display, using color-coordinated framing reminiscent of the fan above’s tattoo sleeve. The constant outpouring of Eevee fan art proves it’s just about as popular asPokemonicons like Pikachu and Charizard.
