Psyduck and their headaches are a recurring theme throughout thePokémongames - in fact, the Pokedex in nearly every single Pokémon game mentions as much. In this manner, it’s only fitting that Psyduck and their psychic headaches would appear once again inPokémon Legends: Arceusthrough one of the requests players can fulfill while taking a break from the main story of the game.

Request 32, or The Headache-Stricken Psyduck, can be accessed relatively early into the game, though theplayer must first have accessto the Crimson Mirelands. Continue reading for a full guide on how to cure these poor Psyduck from their headache and complete Request 32!
How To Complete Request 32: The Headache-Stricken Psyduck
The Headache-Stricken Psyduck request can be accessed by speaking to an NPC named Martia. She’ll be waiting in the Diamond Settlement in the Crimson Mirelands, and a marker will denote her on the map, so she should be easy for players to find. Finding her at the Diamond Settlement is easiest if the player travels from the Golden Lowlands, though if the player has visited the Diamond Settlement before, they can quick-travel there directly from the map. Once the player speaks to her, she’ll ask for their help in curing her Psyduck of their headaches by finding hera special Secret Medicine.
Once the player accepts the quest from Martia, the Secret Medicine Martia has asked for thankfully isn’t too hard to find. Go back to Jubilife Village and head back to the Galaxy Hall. Once inside, head to the first floor and look for an old lady NPC named Tomma inone of the medical rooms. If the player struggles to find her, just access the Arc Phone - it will lead directly to where she’s waiting with a distance marker. After the player speaks to Tomma, they’ll receive the Secret Medicine that Martia has requested.

After getting ahold of the Secret Medicine, head back to the Diamond Settlement in the Crimson Mirelands - remember, direct travel is available from the map after visiting the Settlement once before. Find Martia and her Psyducks once more. Once the player gives Martia the medicine, she’ll give it to her Psyduck, curing them of their headaches. Sadly, unlikeother requests foundinPokémon Legends: Arceus, this request does not fill a spot in Psyduck’s Research Tasks, so there’ll be no extra points gained from finishing this request. However, as a reward, Martia will give the player one Max Revive.
