During this visit, it’s possible to find 10 pieces of Mysterious Text Data. Each one provides some cryptic details on the horrifying events that took place at the hospital in the past. Finding all 10 is necessary for obtaining the Knowledge of the Past trophy/achievement.

Where to Find Mysterious Text Data in Scarlet Nexus
Exploration savants will have a fairly easy time coming across the Mysterious Text Data while proceeding through the Old OSF Hospital in Phase 7. Like other items, the Mysterious Text Data will show up on the mini-map as a green icon when the player approaches. The difference is that the Mysterious Text Data will actually appear as a golden item cube when it’s found on the ground.
Some of these are actually well hidden, leading to acommon mistake inScarlet Nexusof not using psychokinesis to move obstacles to reveal hidden items. The maps below show the exact locations of the Mysterious Text Data, followed by a short explanation of how to reach them.
Picking up the tenth and final Mysterious Text Data will earn players the Knowledge of the Past Trophy/Achievement. This particular achievement is only available in Yuito’s side of the story.
