The Necromantic Grimoire Spells in Skyrim Anniversary Edition

The main feature of the Necromantic GrimoireCreation Club Packis undoubtedly the new spells. There are 13 in total, ranging from the straightforward Banish Undead to the more complicated Necromancer’s Ritual. As players might expect from a school of magic focused on undeath, most of the new spells summon some kind of skeletal or ghostly minion, each with their own special abilities and strengths:

Most of thenewSkyrimspellscan be bought from Phinis Gestor, the Conjuration master at the College of Winterhold. He can normally be found in the Hall of Countenance, or sometimes the Arcanaeum. Although he won’t stock all 13 at once, players can pass time in order to refresh his inventory. As Necromancy is a sub-school of Conjuration, all the spells will benefit from and grant XP to the Conjuration skill.

Necromantic Robes in Skyrim Anniversary Edition

As well as the 13 spells, the Necromantic Grimoire Pack also adds anew Necromantic Robeand Hood for players embracing the undead life. The robe can be looted from boss-level Necromancers all acrossSkyrim’s map.

One place where players are guaranteed to find a set of these robes is in the throne room of Yngvild, an ice cave on the large island between theSkyrimtowns of Dawnstarand Winterhold. The cave is home to the necromancer Arondil and his army of resurrected Draugr and Yngvild Ghosts. Arondil is a powerful and dangerous boss, but if players manage to defeat him, they’ll be guaranteed their own set of Necromatic Robes.
