Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verseaims to bring a wide array of Spider-People into the public consciousness. Now that the film inches closer to release, Funko Pop! merchandise drops have shown off a closer look at some of these characters.

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verseis a multiversal tale. Though Peter Parker’s Spider-Man is the most well-known Spider-Variant, countless people across the multiverse carry an arachnid-inspired mantle. The heroic versions of these characters are all united by a key belief in great responsibility. To communicate the differences between these characters, the production crew has revealed thatSpider-Man: Across the Spider-Versehas at least six different art styles, each unique to a universe which Miles Morales (Shameik Moore) will visit.

The Hollywood Reporterrecently featured a look at Funko Pop! figurines of a few characters inSpider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.Among the characters spotlighted were Miles Morales and Gwen Stacy (Hailee Steinfeld), alongside their costumed forms. The drop also features looks at Spider-Man 2099 (Oscar Isaac), Spider-Punk (Daniel Kaluuya), Spider-Woman (Issa Rae), Scarlet Spider, Spider-Man India, and Spider-Byte.

The figurines also show off some of the film’s villains.Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Versepreviously showed off The Spot(Jason Schwartzman), a character with spots that function as portals all over his body. Here, he looks much like he does in official promo art and trailers, but a new villain has been teased by this merchandise: Medieval Vulture. The villain is seemingly from a universe where Marvel heroes exist in a medieval setting, and his suit looks appropriately primitive.

When theSpider-Man: Across the Spider-Versedrops, there will likely be several crowd-pleasing moments and Easter eggs for some of the more hardcore Spider-Man fans. Some relatively obscure Spider-Variants have already been teased. For instance, deep-cutcharacters likeSpider-Man: Unlimitedhave already been confirmed to appear in the film, despite being relatively little-known compared to other Spider-Men.

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verselikely still has some unrevealed variants that will only debut in theaters. Director Chris Miller has hinted thatTom Holland’s Spider-Man might make a cameo(though he remained cryptic), which would surprise audiences on premiere night. Barring spoilers from an overzealous trailer, it’s incredibly likely that the team behind the film wants to keep as much under wraps as possible to keep fans on their toes.
