Despite having big stars like Jackie Chan, Ice Cube, Paul Rudd, and more, many are excited about Mr. Beast’s role in the film, as the YouTuber has become somewhat of a pop culture figure these days. Announced in 2020,Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, produced by Seth Rogen, breathed new life into the series by starting afresh with a fully CGI-animated approach. The moviebased on the 1980s comic. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhemof the same name andrevolves around the beloved four turtlesas they wage a relentless battle against crime on the streets of New York, striving to earn the trust of the city’s citizens. It takes a deep dive into the early days of the Mutant Turtles, something the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movies had not done before, portraying their origin story as they transform from ordinary creatures to teenage heroes after an accidental exposure to a mutagen created by a scientist.
Accompanying the four turtles is a wise rat known as Splinter, who was also mutated and is voiced by none other than Jackie Chan. Serving as the master and adopted father to the 4 turtles Splinter constantly warns them about the dangers of the outside world while also teaching them martial arts. Despite residing in the sewers, their curiosity about the world above sparks a desire for a normal life, such as attending high school and concerts, just like any other teenager. This led Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo to occasionally sneak out to the surface life above to get a taste of human life.
During one of their escapades, they encounter a spirited high school student named April O’Neil. Intrigued by the turtles, she determine to introduce the turtles to the human world. In order to gain human trust, they devise a plan to beat a menacing supervillain called Superfly, a massive housefly mutant voiced by the rapper/actor Ice Cube. The revelation that Superfly is also a mutant surprises the turtles, but has plans of his own, with the help of his fellow evil mutants, Superfly intends to conquer the world. Now, it falls upon thefour turtles to defend the worldagainst the malevolent forces of these evil mutants, who will stop at nothing to achieve their sinister goals, even resorting to violence against anyone who dares to cross their path.

Mr. Beast has also become somewhat of a star thanks to his involvement in other projects, such as Beast Burger, a restaurant venture, and Feastables, a brand of chocolates that he started. Throughout his career, the YouTuber has collaborated withseveral stars, including The Rock, and even has credits for producing a BTS song, among many other exciting ventures.

While Mr. Beast iscredited as a major voice actorin the cast of theTeenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhemmovie, his role may be difficult to recognize. In the movie, the YouTuber’s appearance isn’t actually his real character, even though it would make sense considering the movie revolves around teenagers, and Mr. Beast is mostly famous among the younger generation. Instead, he plays a minor role as a side character who appears in a flashback past sequence, where Splinter attempts to traverse the upper world of humans. However, in doing so, he faces anger from the crowd and is treated as an outcast.
When Splinter is surrounded by people in Times Square and looked at with a disgusted look, a person called Times Squares Guy, voiced by Mr. Beast, approaches Splinter and touches his ear, assuming it’s a normal person wearing a Mickey Mouse costume. When he realizes that Splinter is a real rat, he screams and runs away. Though the sequence lasts only two seconds, many viewers didn’t even realize that Mr. Beast was in the movie. If viewers look closely at the Times Square Guy’s character inTeenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, they will notice that the character is wearing a jacket with a logo that matches that of the YouTuber. While the cameo was short and Times Square Guy’s appearance didn’t play any major role, it was still fun to see him in the movie.
