During one of their escapades, they encounter a spirited high school student named April O’Neil. Intrigued by the turtles, she determine to introduce the turtles to the human world. In order to gain human trust, they devise a plan to beat a menacing supervillain called Superfly, a massive housefly mutant voiced by the rapper/actor Ice Cube. The revelation that Superfly is also a mutant surprises the turtles, but has plans of his own, with the help of his fellow evil mutants, Superfly intends to conquer the world. Now, it falls upon thefour turtles to defend the worldagainst the malevolent forces of these evil mutants, who will stop at nothing to achieve their sinister goals, even resorting to violence against anyone who dares to cross their path.

Instead, he plays a minor role as a side character who appears in a flashback past sequence, where Splinter attempts to traverse the upper world of humans. However, in doing so, he faces anger from the crowd and is treated as an outcast.

When Splinter is surrounded by people in Times Square and looked at with a disgusted look, a person called Times Squares Guy, voiced by Mr. Beast, approaches Splinter and touches his ear, assuming it’s a normal person wearing a Mickey Mouse costume. When he realizes that Splinter is a real rat, he screams and runs away. Though the sequence lasts only two seconds, many viewers didn’t even realize that Mr. Beast was in the movie. If viewers look closely at the Times Square Guy’s character inTeenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, they will notice that the character is wearing a jacket with a logo that matches that of the YouTuber. While the cameo was short and Times Square Guy’s appearance didn’t play any major role, it was still fun to see him in the movie.
