Of course, Harley Quinn was generally well-known, especially after her introduction to the DCEU inDavid Ayer’sSuicide Squad. For her return in Gunn’s follow-up, she donned multiple new outfits that were inspired by her past appearances in video games and animated shows. Of course,The Suicide Squadwasn’t just about Harley Quinn. Characters likePolka-Dot Man, Bloodsport, and King Shark weren’t the most popular villains prior to their live-action film introduction. King Shark made many appearances in different DC projects, including television shows and animated movies. However, having him in a live-action film was a great way to introduce this character to casual fans who may not be into comic books.
