While the main focus ofToemwill be totake pictures of cute critters and townsfolk alike, there is an achievement for donning all the wardrobe items at least once. In total, there are 23 items to wear, but the in-game inventory will only show a max of 22 since two of the head items are interchangeable (players can only have one of the two in their inventory at one time). These items will all be acquired in a variety of ways, from completing quests to interacting with NPCs, throughout each zone.
Out of the 23 items found inToem, one is found in Homelanda, six are found in Oaklaville, eight are in Stanhamn, four are in Logcity, and the final four are found in Kiiruberg. Here’s how players can track them all down.
Homelanda
Clogs
These shoes are located in the gift box that can be found behind Nana’s house. Players will need them to complete the quest with the farmer, who is standing next to one of the square-topped trees by one of the houses.
Oaklaville
Cowboy Hat
This hat is found in the gift box inside the small mushroom house, which opens upafter taking a picture of the Cosmic Cube. The Cosmic Cube is located under the stairs in the area just left of the Hotel, with the picnic table and plant pots. Stand on the side of the stairs to see it, then take a picture of the Cube. When done, the Mushroom House will appear. The gift box is in the back right corner.
Fjällbörn Cap
This Cap is a quest reward for completing the ‘Become a Scout’ quest. Start the quest by speaking to the Scout Leader at the camp (from the Hotel, go right once).
Ghost Glasses
These are automatically given to players when reaching the Graveyard for the first time. From the Hotel, go left three times to reach the Graveyard. They are also required to complete several quests throughout the game.
Soaked Sock
This is a quest reward for completing the ‘Missing Socks’ quest. The quest starts with the sad-looking sock puppet sitting on the bench on the side of the Hotel. Before completing the quest, players will need to get the Ghost Glasses from the Graveyard.
Once acquired, go to the area with the picnic table and plant pots. With the Glasses equipped, speak with the Ghost at the picnic table and complete the ‘Socks in a Cup’ game. When the game is over, players will receive the Wet Socks. Bring them back to the sock puppet. He’ll keep one and give players back one as a reward for helping him.
Foam Finger
This item can be found in the gift box behind the Hotel. Go around the right side, where the sock puppet is sitting on the bench, to reach it.
Monster Mask
This is a quest reward for completing ‘Monster Spotting.’ This quest starts in Oaklaville, and players will need to travel to different locations throughout the game to complete it. Talk with the boy in the lobby of the Hotel to actually start the quest. When all four pictures of the Monsters have been taken, show them to the boy, and he’ll reward the player with the Monster Mask.
Stanhamn
Diving Helmet
Before players can get this Helmet, they’ll first need to restore power to the Hydro plant. Getting to the plant will require the Honk attachment for the camera. (Complete the quest ‘Solve the Chaos’ at the Lighthouse to get it.)
At the Hydro plant, head inside and go to the right side, where a worker is standing next to a large electrical box. Complete the quest ‘Power Shortage?!’ with him, and the electricity throughout Stanhamn will be restored. Exit out of the Hydro plant. From here, go right once and then down once to reach an area with a tall building and crane in the center of a small island.
Next to the tower is a box that will have a chat bubble above it. Interact with this box to pick up the quest ‘Ocean Garbage.’ For this one, players will need to use their camera to stare at trash piles in the water until the circle in the middle of the screen fills up. Each trash pile will turn into something once the circle is filled.One of them turns into a Treasure Chest. When the Treasure Chest appears, open it up and inside will be the Diving Helmet. This Helmet is needed to complete the quest ‘Queen of Paper Hats.’
Fishing Hat
The Fishing Hat is located in the gift box on the first floor of the Lighthouse. From the Bus Stop, go left 3 times to reach the Lighthouse. It will be the only section where it’s raining.
Hard Hat
The Honk attachment is required to get this hat. Once the player has the attachment, use it on the seagulls attacking the Ferry driver, just above the Bus Stop. Take the newly cleared Ferry up to the Hydro plant. Go inside and just next to the worker sitting on the bench will be a gift box. The Hard Hat is inside the gift box.
Paper Hat and Pirate Hat
The Diving Helmet and Horn attachment are required for these two hats. These are also the two hats that are interchangeable, meaning players can only have one of the two in their inventory at a time.
The quest ‘Queen of Paper Hats’ will require the player to retrieve the Pirate Hat. From the Bus Stop, go left once to find the Captain that starts this quest. Wake her up using the Honk attachment and accept her quest. From the Captain, go left once more and scare the seagulls off the pier using the Honk attachment.
Equip the Diving Helmet and head into the water via the sewer cap. The Treasure Chest with the Pirate Hat is on the right (the Captain will give the player the key for this when the quest is picked up). After giving the Captain the Pirate Hat, she’ll trade the player the Paper Hat she’s wearing. If the hats were traded prior to wearing the Pirate Hat, talk with her again to trade hats again. Justmake sure to equip both at least once before moving on.
Rubber Boots
These boots can be found inside the gift box by the docks going right once from the Bus Stop (there will be a small girl crying by a raised bridge when the player first enters). Only half of this area is open from the start, and it won’t be the side the player needs. To reach the side with the gift box, complete the quest ‘Power Shortage?!’ described above. Once the power is turned on, the raised bridges throughout Stanhamn will lower, creating a pathway to reach the gift box.
Photo Challenger Flag
Aftercompleting all the Photo Challenges in each area(there are two in each except for Homelanda, which has none), go back to Stanhamn. Go into the building just behind the large fish statue and talk with the Scout (girl) on the left side of the room. Players will receive this flag as a reward for completing all the Challenges.
Umbrella
The Honk attachment is required to get this item. Once it has been acquired, go up once from the Lighthouse (use the Honk attachment to scare the seagulls). On the right side, just in front of the narrow building, players will find a gift box. The Umbrella is inside the box.
Logcity
Hotbean Hat
Players will automatically receive this hat when they begin the quest ‘Super Hotbean Bros.’. It’s started at the Hotbean Bros. food stand, just to the right of the clock tower.
Reporter Hat
Players will automatically receive this hat when they begin the Quest, ‘Press-ing News.’ This is started in the Newspaper Building. From the clock tower, go left once and then up once to get there.
Sneakers
These can be found in the same area where players complete the quest ‘Always Tumbled Granny.’ (From the clock tower, go up once.) Start climbing the stairs on the left side of the area, and just after the first building, the stairs will split into two paths: one going forward and one going right. Take the stairs leading to the right and at the top will be a gift box with the Sneakers inside.
Kiiruberg
Climbing Boots and Puffer Hat
The Puffer Hat and Climbing Boots are both quest rewards for completing ‘Snowball Memories.’ The old man who gives the quest is located left once from the balloon family’s house, standing between the house and the frozen lake.
Scarf
The scarf is given to players without any trouble by the lady in the house at the bottom of the ski lift (from the balloon family’s house, go right once). Just talk with her to get it.
Ski Goggles
These will be given to players by the man at the top of the ski lift. Simply talk to him to get them.
Space Helmet
There is a gift box just below the Observatory, located in the very Northern area of Kiiruberg. Go around the lower ledge to the left and turn the camera to find it.Inside the gift box is the Space Helmet.
