Twitchstreamers have been known to do unusual things and get themselves into trouble on and off camera, but it may still be a bit unusual when a stream is interrupted by someone getting seriously hurt. Recently,Twitchstreamer Ludwig had to end a live stream early in order to take his partner, fellow streamer QTCinderella, to the ER after she ran into a glass door.
The stream in question was suddenly interrupted when QTCinderella stumbled into the room clutching her nose. This isn’t the first timeQTCinderella has been involved in Twitch drama, but it may be the first time the drama came from accidental injury.

Ludwig quickly paused his streamto go check on his partner before ending the stream abruptly–in retrospect, this was likely the moment he realized she was seriously hurt. Afterward, he posted an update to his official Twitter account explaining why he’d ended the stream and updating fans on QTCinderella’s condition. He stated that she’d run full-speed into a glass door and needed to go to the ER. Reportedly, she is fine, although she reportedly has a mild concussion.
In the post, Ludwig attached two pictures–one showing the glass door that QTCinderella reportedly ran into, complete with what appears to be a mark of impact, and one showing QTCinderella wrapped in blankets. It’s likely that QTCinderella will go into more detail about her unfortunate encounter with the door, which happened while she was taking a break from her own live stream, once she’s recovered. This isn’t the first time aTwitch streamer has been endangeredin their home, but what happened to QTCinderella seems to be no one’s fault.
As of writing, it appears that some fans are sympathetic to QTCinderella. Several obliged her request for cute animal pictures and replied with photos of cats, kittens, dogs, and fawns. One user commiserated with QTCinderella and stated that they had also walked face-first into glass recently, though they ran afoul of a window rather than a door. A few more users expressed their hopes that QTCinderella would feel better soon, while one jokingly asked how the glass was doing. Overall, it seems that mostfans appreciate that Ludwigdecided to cut off thestreamand get his partner to the hospital.
