Should You Sleep in the Rito-down Bed at Rito Village?
If players choose to sleep in the regular bed at Swallow’s Roost, they can choose to pass the time to either morning, afternoon, or night and will wake up feeling refreshed with full heart containers.
However, if players choose to sleep in the special Rito-down bed, Link will awaken with three bonus heart containers, which will appear in the top-left corner as yellow-colored hearts. These will keep Link going strong, but if players take damage, the hearts will go away until they sleep in the special bed again. But that’s not all that happens.Link will also gain a bonus stamina bar, which will also be yellow.

It’s worth noting that if players spend the stamina in the newly acquired bar, it too will go away unless players decide to spend the 50 Rupees to sleep in the bed again. Of course, there are other ways to temporarily increase stamina, too, like making the Enduring Elixir, which consists of a Tireless Frog and a Monster Part.
