YouTuber Chesepuf recently shared a clip highlighting theirZelda: Tears of the Kingdommortar tank. The clip begins with Link standing on the tank and firing 20 bombs at a Boss Bokoblin and its entourage of lesser Bokoblins. With the bombs spreading out as they soar through the air, the full lineup is hit by the explosions. The video also shows the tank effectively being used againstTears of the Kingdommobs like Lynels, Bokoblin Camps, a Gleeok, and more. Beyond the bombs, the gamer also spotlights the tank’s different uses. A Conga turret protects the front of the vehicle while spikes cover its sides, preventing Link from being harmed.

According to Chesepuf, the idea for the tank originated as a launch pad for Link. Though it can still be used for this purpose, the video highlights more of its offensive potential. The gamer has taken the GloomdredgerfromTears of the Kingdom’s Yiga Clan Hideoutand has made it more deadly with the launch pad connected to two springs. Two rails help guide the bombs to the players' target, and the Conga Turret is aided by two small-angle pulsing heads. A video detailing the creation process has also highlighted that it can be altered to serve different needs, including traversing mountainous areas.

While this tank would look out of place in any otherLegend of Zeldatitle, creations like this have become commonplace in the latest title in the series. Because any player can eventually acquire the Gloomdredger, this build may be achievable for most players withTears of the Kingdom’s Ultrahand.
