The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomgives Link several new abilities that can be used to solve puzzles, traverse the environment, create contraptions, and much more. These main powers are calledAscend,Fuse,Ultrahand, andRecall, and they have all been shown in trailers and gameplay presentations for the game, so some players might be wondering just how and when they can unlock these on their own. Once Link ends up on the Great Sky Island, players must make their way to the Temple of Time; however, the front door will be locked until three tutorial puzzle shrines are completed. This is part of themain story quest called The Closed Doorand the only method to gather the aforementioned abilities.
